ROOTED IN EXPERIENCE
My practice is grounded in both professional training and a deeply lived perspective that is expansive, intersectional, and rooted in understanding real-world challenges. Having navigated the intersections of neurodivergence, shifting mood dynamics, complex trauma recovery, and life as a mixed-race, nonbinary individual, I understand how isolating it can be when traditional therapeutic spaces overlook the fullness of who you are or what your nervous system needs. Healing here is not a performance review. You don’t need to produce dramatic breakthroughs, neat answers, or a linear healing process. You are welcome here exactly as you are. Unfiltered, unpolished, and complete.
Specialising in neurodivergent somatic care. Certified in trauma-informed somatic therapy, functional breathwork facilitation, and counselling skills.
The Philosophy of
The Olive Branch Healing
Throughout history, extending an olive branch has been a gesture of peace. An offering to lay down weapons and stop fighting. For so long, many of us have spent years fighting against our own bodies, our own minds, our internal experience, and the world around us.
Â
I chose the name The Olive Branch Healing because I believe genuine healing and recovery isn't just about managing external behaviour or performing wellness for others. It starts from within. It’s about extending an olive branch to yourself and learning to work with your nervous system instead of constantly battling it. From that place of internal peace, we can then offer a true olive branch outward: showing up in our relationships authentically, connecting on our own terms, and honouring how we exist in our being, inside and out.
organic Healing
Healing is not a destination, but a remembrance of the body's natural rhythm. My approach is rooted in the belief that your nervous system is wise and misunderstood, not broken.
Radical Attunement
Radical attumement means moving beyond standard protocols to meet the unique sensory and emotional landscape of your nervous system with precision, flexibility, and care.
Somatic Sovereignty
Our aim is to empower you to become the expert of your own felt sense and experience, using nervous system work, breath, and movement as tools for agency rather than just regulation.

An Important Note on Scope of practice & Client Autonomy
Before we work together, it is essential to be completely clear about what this space is and what it isn't.
I am an independent alternative practitioner, not a doctor or licensed clinician. My work is non-clinical and educational in nature. I do not provide medical advice, diagnostic evaluations, or clinical psychotherapy.

If you need medical diagnosis or clinical mental health treatment, please contact your GP, a registered medical specialist, or licensed mental health professional.
My Approach & Lenses
Somatic therapy practices are currently an unregulated field. My work draws on alternative training programs as well as extensive lived experience. In our sessions, you may hear me reference ideas or lenses derived from psychodynamic thought/theory, person-centered philosophy, or bilateral stimulation. Please note: I am not clinically trained or certified in these specific modalities (such as clinical EMDR). These concepts are natural, broad frameworks for viewing human experience, and I draw from them as intuitive perspectives rather than strict, clinical protocols.
You Are in complete control
Healing happens best when you feel safe and empowered. Everything offered in our sessions is an invitation and only explored with your explicit informed consent. You can say no, change your mind, or withdraw consent at any point. No explanation needed. You remain fully in control of your body, your health, and your choices throughout our work together.
